The principals of FL Partners purchased this mixed use investment property in 2016 in partnership with Rory McIlroy; FL subsequently managed the refurbishment project of their award winning mixed use building and successfully doubled the rent roll creating significant capital upside. The building won the RIAI Best Refurbished Building in Ireland in 2020.
