In 2021, FL's partners invested in up to 11 acres of industrial land in the Jamestown Business Park, Finglas acquiring the former CEL and Haribo sites. One of FL's partners has a significant stake in the Sigma Wireless business that sits between these two buildings giving a holding that stretches from McKee Avenue to the Jamestown Road.

This land was recently rezoned to Z14 by way of DCC variation 33 and is the subject of a Draft Desk Plan and ultimately, it is expected, a full masterplan. FL's properties are currently leased to several tenants including CEL and Silent Aire however, it is expected that the buildings which are now well past their expected useful lives, will be repurposed as residential and housing units.
